Good Morning..,
I have received the DVD Jazz - A Film By Ken Burns: Episode 4 (The True Welcome) few days before and thanks for the same.
I found that the CD has more scratches than the content and only around 50% of the movie was viewable. I am just bringing it to your notice but deeply disappointed. I know I have not ordered a new DVD, but if then if it is not in a viewable condition, it saddens.
