Yes, that's GARAGE; I'm leaving out the 'B' in that word because I may have to return to this set in the sometime future (if I can't find these episodes and the eleven other episodes missing from this package) but the first one minute into it told me I won't be doing THAT anytime soon. Note also that I'm only reviewing that first one minute because that first one minute was enough.
I had hoped to get a reasonably clean version of these shows but it wasn't to be. The first scene of the first episode (the soldiers shooting the revolutionaries on Guatamaca's [Andamo's fictive native country] portside dock) was so dark and out-of-focus as to be incomprehensible; I suppose I should be grateful that the images weren't scratched or jumping around. The title sequence then came on and then went straight into a clumsily cut scene of Andamo conspiring with El Presidente, thus cutting out several minutes of the first episode (and the clever inspiration for the opening scene of Goldfinger [Andamo's/Bond's tuxedo under the wet suit]).
I should have known this was going to be a disaster when I saw that the dice on the dvd package added up to five instead of seven. Five is a point that is three-to-two against and this is a package battling considerably longer odds than that.
