But then they claim that they're the reason for all of the mistakes it is causing. When some guy wants to buy the machine, they now start to argue on keeping it for their own. In the similar The Courtroom episode, Lucy and Ricky buy the Mertzes a large tv for their anniversary gift. When Ricky pitches in to try to help its technical problems, he busts the screen. In anger, Fred kicks the Ricardos' tv and sends them both to court. But of course, both of these arguments result in friendship again.
